The USAID Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan is a project that aims to improve the quality of pre-service teacher education in Jordan.

Solution
I led a nationwide campaign to elevate the status of teachers and a student enrollment and marketing campaign in cooperation with 4 major universities. I collaborated with the private sector to expand the scope of the project through win-win situations. The campaigns were successful in reaching a large audience and increasing enrollment. The nationwide campaign reached over 15 million people through social media and 2.3 million people through offline media. The student enrollment and marketing campaign resulted in a 300% increase in enrollment, with 30% of the students being male. I also conducted training and drafted policies on marketing and communications at the partner universities to help ensure sustainable marketing activities.

I used my skills in SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and Google Ads to increase engagement on Naouri Group's website and social media pages. I also generated more leads and sales for them by issuing press releases, managing the creation and updates of 3 fully functional websites, sending over 800 targeted email shots, creating over 800 social media posts per year, and running across-the-board marketing campaigns for corporate events. As a result, Naouri Group saw a significant increase in engagement and leads.
